Items may vary slightly in size, colour, and pattern to those visible on the online store. We have attempted to represent the item and size to the best of our ability.

Exchanges (if applicable):

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note the replacement must be of equal or higher value. Please purchase carefully as there will be a restocking fee of $35.00 NZD in certain circumstances.

You are eligible for a FREE exchange if there is a defect in the watch mechanism. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, please contact us on and we will do our best to help you out.

The warranty we provide is the same as that of the brand itself. We do not tamper with any of the rules. Therefore, you qualify to get your watch fixed or replaced if the watch has defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. 

You are eligible to get your watch fixed if the product is damaged in-transit. Should the repair work be actioned under the warranty, the customer must pay for postage and handling.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Bands, straps, bracelets, battery, glass, exposed crystals and other embellishments
  • Damage (including water damage) as a result of accidents, poor care, and normal wear and tear


You are NOT entitled to take goods back for a replacement or refund if:
  • You have changed your mind and decided you don’t want the goods
  • You find cheaper goods elsewhere
  • The person you gifted it to does not like it or want it
  • You find out the watch/goods are small- or large-sized
  • Shipping time took longer

Return Eligibility

All returned or exchanged items must be:

  • Returned within 30 Days.
  • In new condition.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear.
  • Parts of the item are missing.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.


At Big Daddy Watches our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We also gladly pay for your shipping. 

We are a conglomerate of multiple stores and physical shops, and have delivered to thousands of customers across the world, and logistics is something we are expert at, so stay assured we are always doing our absolute best to get the parcel in your hand at the earliest possible. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging takes up to 12 hours. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our office to your door. All orders are dispatched within 1-48 hours after the order is placed, from one of our 3 offices/warehouses in Melbourne, Auckland, or Dubai. We ship almost all of our parcels with DHL Express, Australian Post, or NZ CourierPost. National delivery takes about 1-5 days and international delivery usually takes about 2-10 days. 

Shipping and Delivery Problems

International customers be advised, that the import tax is not included in the advertised prices. If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Big Daddy Watches to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Big Daddy Watches, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Big Daddy Watches will gladly refund your original payment.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Big Daddy Watches to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Big Daddy Watches within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.


Please be advised that extra links are not included with the watch. In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Big Daddy Watches reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Big Daddy Watches cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
